Today's blog is about the career of public administration
and its curriculum.
Public administration is a career focused on the vocation of
public service and the relations between the State and the people. About its
curriculum, I think it is one of the universities with the most complete
content program, since it includes a multidisciplinary vision in which we learn
about law, mathematics, statistics, public management, accounting and in general,
things related to the administration of the State.
This career lasts ten semesters and in the last two we have
the possibility of specializing in public management or political science,
regarding this I think that the academic load so far I have coped well and
teaching methods, in general I liked, but perhaps if the classes were
face-to-face it would not be the same, I would probably not feel like studying
when I get home, so the class schedule is something that I would change, as
well as the amount of practical classes and professional practice
possibilities.
As for the use of technologies, I have not had the chance to
know how they work, because the lectures are short and we do not have much
opportunity to go around, likewise the infrastructure of the School of
Government and Public Management is a bit small and with fewer amenities than
other faculties, but the new faculty is already under construction and I hope
to get to know it before finishing the race.
I look forward to reading your opinions! Best regards!
